📋 Description

• Own Vetcove’s major events end to end, from event strategy through planning, execution, and final guest departure • Lead flagship customer and executive gatherings, annual company retreat, and team offsites for groups ranging from intimate gatherings to 200+ people • Create detailed event plans covering venues, programming, hospitality, travel, production, staffing, budgets, logistics, and attendee experience • Source hotels, venues, restaurants, speakers, and partners; build relationships and negotiate contracts • Own decisions, timelines, budgets, and execution across internal teams and external partners • Anticipate and resolve logistical challenges and last-minute issues

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience owning complex, high-touch events from start to finish • Experience with corporate events, executive gatherings, customer conferences, retreats, weddings, or similarly ambitious live experiences • Independently led complex, multi-day events • Ability to manage hundreds of decisions, dependencies, vendors, and logistics simultaneously • Sourcing and negotiation skills for hotels, venues, restaurants, speakers, and partners • Exceptional hospitality instincts and a strong sense of taste • Remarkable resourcefulness and calm under pressure • Four-year degree requested in the application form • Legally authorized to work in the country for which applying • Must not require employment visa sponsorship • Successful completion of a background check
