📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service) • Configure Dynamics 365 modules, including entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation • Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and other integration tools • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable solutions • Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) • Manage deployment of Dynamics 365 customizations and updates • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance tuning for Dynamics 365 solutions • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and project success

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service) • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform • Experience developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations • Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to develop scalable, maintainable solutions • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional project teams • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics products for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or other federal agencies • Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions • Familiarity with data migration, ETL processes, DevOps practices, Agile/Scrum environments, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications • U.S. Citizenship is required • All selected candidates must successfully complete a background check • Ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance, including required fingerprinting, when required for the position • Sponsorship is not offered
