📋 Description

• Create, maintain, and validate customer, license, product, and related master data within Viatris' ERP systems • Execute customer onboarding, maintenance, deactivation, and modification activities • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to business rules, procedures, and commercial compliance requirements • Support customer and product-related compliance programs, including applicable REMS requirements • Perform data maintenance, reporting, audit support, and documentation management • Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, and other data resources supporting operational monitoring and Customer Relations activities • Support system enhancements, business transformation initiatives, testing activities, and process validations • Document results and resolve identified issues • Identify and support opportunities to improve data management, reporting processes, system utilization, workflow efficiency, and departmental effectiveness • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience; a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration • Critical thinking skills and ability to solve complex problems • Knowledge of personal computers and commonly used software including MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint • Experience using advanced analytic tools such as Tableau and Alteryx • Knowledge and understanding of customer service operations, Mylan product portfolio, Mylan customers, and ERP systems preferred • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships • Ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritize, and manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines • Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents • Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence • Ability to work with groups of people such as other departments and communicate known concepts • Ability to present to a group of departments • Ability to perform computations such as percentages, ratios, and rates • Ability to solve problems with a variety of concrete variables through semi-standardized solutions requiring ingenuity and analysis • Ability to draw inferences and follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve moderately complex problems • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required
