📋 Description

• Manage IT projects from conception through implementation, delivering within scope, schedule, and budget • Communicate project status, manage issues and risks, and escalate issues to leadership • Manage project and vendor contracts and Statements of Work • Own assigned Regulatory intelligence, publishing, R&D, and other IT systems • Coordinate system maintenance, break fixes, incident management, and security • Lead application implementation, lifecycle management, enhancements, requirements analysis, design, configuration, migration, integration, testing, and validation • Drive compliance with IT Quality and Viatris SDLC processes • Create and review system lifecycle documentation • Manage vendor relationships and communicate system issues to leadership • Support R&D and regulatory business processes and assess industry and health authority requirements • Build relationships with customers and collaborate with business users to define and translate requirements • Perform business analysis including process modeling, user stories, prototyping, data flows, and root cause analysis • Provide guidance to direct reports and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, IT, or a related field required • 5+ years of experience as an IT platform owner and in people leadership required • 8+ years of project management experience in the life science domain • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies • Knowledge of GCP, EMA, FDA regulations, and other regulatory compliance standards • Hands-on experience with validated GxP environments, documentation, and change management required • Broad technical knowledge, including designing and implementing system integrations, migrations, and SaaS in regulated environments • Hands-on experience implementing and supporting global R&D and Regulatory applications and processes • Experience with electronic lab notebooks, lab inventory and informatics solutions, dossier management, submissions, publishing, labeling intelligence, and regulatory insights • Strong business analysis skills, including detailed process mapping • Hands-on experience supporting large transformational projects • Ability to manage multiple activities, priorities, and deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience working in a global, diverse environment • Previous experience as an IT platform owner and in people leadership required • Preferred hands-on experience in Agentic AI and Python
