📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for Viavi products and solutions at the customer site • Provide proactive and reactive technical support, including troubleshooting, fault isolation, and resolution for complex network issues involving Viavi equipment • Collaborate with customer teams to understand network architecture, operational processes, and business requirements • Assist with deployment, configuration, integration, and ongoing maintenance of Viavi hardware and software solutions • Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for customer personnel on Viavi products and best practices • Generate regular reports on system performance, health, and utilization, with actionable insights and recommendations • Participate in customer planning meetings and provide technical input on future network evolution and Viavi product roadmaps • Escalate complex issues to Viavi engineering and product management teams, serving as liaison between the customer and internal departments • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality technical support and strong relationships • Adhere to Viavi and customer security and operational policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field • 5+ years of experience in network engineering, operations, or technical support roles • Preferably experience with telecommunications service providers or large enterprises • In-depth understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, and OSPF • Understanding of Data Center, Core Network, and Access Network architectures • Strong hands-on experience with network testing and monitoring tools, ideally Viavi Solutions products such as Observer, ONMS, Fusion, and CellAdvisor • Proficiency in analyzing network traffic • Proficiency in interpreting trace files • Ability to identify performance bottlenecks • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced customer-facing environment • Willingness to travel occasionally for training or customer-related activities if required • Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIS, or JNCIP are a plus
