• Oversee Revenue Management for Viceroy Los Cabos resort • Champion and implement market strategies to meet needs of target guests • Identify and maximize revenue opportunities • Recommend and maintain pricing, positioning, and inventory controls • Lead forecasting, opportunity analysis and revenue-maximizing processes • Establish pricing levels and manage daily pricing processes • Monitor and analyze competitor strategies and market trends • Build and maintain accurate short- and long-term forecasts • Lead annual budgeting and pricing process • Oversee evaluation of contracted opportunities • Prepare and analyze market segmentation and production reports • Develop and coach team members for professional growth
• Minimum of 4 years experience in the Revenue Management field • Bachelor’s Degree • In-Depth knowledge of all industry reports such as STR, Agency 360, Demand 360, OTA Insights etc. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point • Ability to work quickly in a high-pressure & high stress environment • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing • Excellent time management skills • Exceptional with details and follow up • Flexible and long hours sometimes required. • Must be able to travel to resort based on business needs.
