📋 Description

• Operate as the subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues affecting ViiV’s long-acting injectables • Facilitate appropriate patient access to ViiV products • Prioritize key national strategic accounts and IDNs • Ensure implementation needs for ViiV long-acting injectables are realized • Build a stronger implementation presence in key accounts • Develop and orchestrate a top-down integrated implementation approach aligned with account needs • Navigate complex situations with internal and external customers using sound judgment and problem-solving skills • Apply awareness of rules and regulations governing reimbursement support services • Influence and communicate with internal matrix stakeholders, including Corporate Account Teams, Territory FRMs, Field Sales, and Reimbursement Support Services • Analyze access and reimbursement issues and opportunities • Provide strategic accounts with product access and reimbursement expertise • Provide access and reimbursement education to field teams and matrix partners • Coordinate access and reimbursement issues with third parties, including hubs • Support patient access by providing subject-matter expertise on reimbursement barriers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7 plus years of experience in field reimbursement, key account management, payer marketing, patient support programs, or reimbursement HUB programs • Experience with payers and health systems • Experience working with specialty pharmacy • Experience with buy and bill process • Experience with Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D • Experience with Medicaid and Commercial Payers • Ability to travel 50% plus of the time • Ability to educate offices on access and reimbursement processes • Proactive implementation execution focused on streamlining and simplifying processes • Proven indirect/direct leadership and impactful coaching effectiveness • Persuasive communication • Business acumen • Customer focus and relationship management • Problem solving • Teamwork and collaboration • MBA, MPH, or other advanced degree preferred
