• Lead go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and market positioning for VikingCloud's managed security services and endpoint security portfolio • Define target customer segments, value propositions, pricing models, and sales motions • Create market-entry strategies for new verticals and geographies • Drive revenue through direct sales and channel partnerships • Build sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, ROI calculators, proof-of-value frameworks, and win/loss strategies • Conduct sales training and support complex enterprise sales cycles • Establish revenue targets and track performance • Serve as primary contact for strategic customers and key prospects • Conduct customer discovery sessions, executive briefings, and quarterly business reviews • Build relationships with CISOs, CTOs, security leaders, and franchise/multi-site operations executives • Present at customer events, webinars, and industry conferences • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities with compliance services • Own competitive positioning against MSS and endpoint security competitors • Establish partnerships with technology vendors, resellers, and industry alliances • Build channel programs for acquirer partners and payment processors • Negotiate partnership agreements and joint go-to-market initiatives • Manage SOC relationships, service-level agreements, customer satisfaction, and operational issue resolution • Define market requirements and customer needs for the MSS and endpoint product roadmap • Partner with marketing on messaging, positioning, content, case studies, demand generation, and analyst relations • Design onboarding processes, success metrics, health scores, executive sponsorship programs, and customer advocacy programs • Develop business cases, revenue projections, P&L forecasts, pricing strategies, and packaging • Track bookings, ARR, CAC, LTV, gross margins, and financial performance • Represent VikingCloud at conferences, roundtables, trade shows, working groups, and standards bodies • Conduct market research and monitor emerging threats, customer buying behavior, competition, regulations, and compliance requirements • Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership
• Bachelor's degree in business, cybersecurity, computer science, or related field required • 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity • At least 5 years in commercial leadership roles focused on go-to-market, sales, business development, or product marketing for security products or services • Proven track record of revenue growth in MSS, MSSP, endpoint security, or cybersecurity SaaS markets • Experience selling to SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers in financial services, payments, retail, or franchise verticals highly valuable • Direct experience serving multi-location, franchise, or distributed-enterprise customers • Deep understanding of the managed security services and endpoint security market landscape • Strong technical fluency in EDR/endpoint protection, managed firewall and network security, SIEM, threat detection, incident response, and threat intelligence • Ability to articulate technical value to technical and business audiences without requiring hands-on implementation experience • Experience with Bitdefender preferred • Demonstrated success in sales enablement, pre-sales engineering, or product evangelism • Experience building sales playbooks, competitive positioning, and supporting complex B2B sales cycles • Ability to engage C-level executives and build trusted advisor relationships • Experience with compliance frameworks including PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST • Strong partnership development experience with vendor relationships, channel partnerships, and strategic alliances • Experience with analyst briefings, conference speaking, and thought leadership • P&L management experience or strong financial literacy • Understanding of SaaS/managed services business models, unit economics, and pricing strategies • Experience managing outsourced service provider relationships • Data-driven decision making using CRM systems, business intelligence tools, and metrics dashboards • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are valuable additions • Established cybersecurity industry network • Experience with NPS programs and customer success strategies • Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams • Ability to influence without direct authority
