📋 Description

• Lead the introduction of agentic AI development practices • Define and execute the technology strategy and multi-year engineering roadmap • Make critical architectural decisions to decompose legacy systems • Transform today's manual QA and deployment processes into a fully automated, rapid-release engineering engine • Build a metrics-driven engineering culture from the ground up • Unify the engineering organization under a single, modern development methodology • Partner closely with the EVP of Global Product to ensure alignment between product strategy and engineering execution

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive software engineering experience in operating roles • Direct hands-on experience with modern agentic AI development tooling • Demonstrated experience using AI to reverse-engineer legacy codebases • Proven track record executing major cloud infrastructure migrations and consolidations • Strong command of agile methodologies at scale • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills
