📋 Description

• Own AI-enabled user implementations, using AI tooling and automation to reduce manual effort and shorten time-to-value • Embed with customers to understand workflows, constraints, and data, then create and execute technical plans • Conduct technical discovery of SAP configuration, CRM schemas, data flows, integration points, and business rules • Build and deploy production integrations, data pipelines, custom workflows, and tenant configurations • Own the full integration lifecycle, including SAP/ERP data flows, CRM connections, master-data mapping, idempotent event handling, and production edge cases • Serve as the primary technical customer contact from onboarding through steady state • Run technical calls, explain architecture to non-technical stakeholders, and surface risks • Support technically complex sales opportunities through feasibility assessment and proof-of-concept scoping • Direct AI agents through customer-specific integration and configuration work; verify and reconcile outputs • Document field patterns, failure modes, and workarounds for product and engineering • Create deployment runbooks, integration templates, onboarding checklists, and Claude skills • Author specifications, discovery questions, integration design documents, and handoff notes

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-facing engineering ownership with production solutions shipped inside customer environments • Strong full-stack range across React, Postgres integrations, and Terraform • Enterprise integration experience with APIs, webhooks, file-based syncs, and ERP exports • Fluent AI orchestration, including parallel agents, isolated work, and adversarial output verification • Ability to explain technical constraints to commercial stakeholders, write integration specifications, and run customer calls • Systems debugging across service boundaries, including authentication, data mapping, and ERP pagination • Evidence-based verification using working read-backs, live payloads, or screenshots of actual data • Ability to receive and provide blunt, direct feedback • Nice to have: materials industry or adjacent vertical context • Nice to have: SAP/ERP depth including RFC/BAPI, ABAP, and master-data flows • Nice to have: pre-sales or solutions engineering experience • Nice to have: SOC 2, GDPR, or ROPA compliance experience • Nice to have: deployment runbooks, onboarding checklists, or integration-template building • Nice to have: multi-tenant/B2B experience
