📋 Description

• Build and own the RCM reporting infrastructure • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of monthly client invoicing • Develop and maintain the KPI dashboard • Produce reporting for leadership and manage data extraction protocols • Lead high-priority RCM initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams • Own issues log and drive process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, healthcare analytics, or operational leadership role within a healthcare organization • Strong analytical and data skills • Demonstrated project management experience • Working knowledge of revenue cycle operations • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with data tools like Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools, SQL, or reporting platforms • Proactive use of AI tools to improve output and efficiency
