📋 Description

• Work from a provided list of target companies • Identify CEOs, CFOs, Directors of HR, HR Leaders, and other C-level executives using LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Verify executive relevance and decision-making authority • Extract verified email addresses using AI GTM System | Apollo.io - The Agentic System to Grow Revenue extension • Extract direct phone numbers when available • Input and organize company and executive data in structured Google Sheets • Maintain clean, duplicate-free spreadsheets • Follow client-provided qualification parameters • Ensure data formatting consistency • Flag questionable or incomplete data for clarification • Send outreach emails using client-provided templates • Manage follow-ups • Support LinkedIn connection requests • Track outreach activity and responses • Assist with light CRM organization

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Required) • Hands-on experience with Google Sheets / Excel (Required) • Basic CRM or lead tracking systems experience • Email outreach tools experience if Phase 2 expands • Strong B2B lead research experience • Understanding of prospect qualification • Data verification skills • Spreadsheet organization expertise • Ability to follow structured workflows • Strong internet research capability • Excellent written and spoken English • Ability to understand nuance and context • Strong comprehension skills • Proactive communication • Comfortable asking clarifying questions • Detail-oriented and highly organized • AI GTM System | Apollo.io experience preferred, or must be trainable if no direct experience
