📋 Description

• Create, prepare, schedule, and publish approximately 2–3 social media posts per week for LinkedIn and Instagram • Write captions reflecting expertise in SEO, AI search, ecommerce, automotive marketing, and digital growth • Repurpose ideas, quotes, educational insights, and client-provided materials • Organize content into a posting schedule or content calendar • Create simple, brand-aligned graphics and visual assets using Canva • Maintain organized design files and reusable templates • Review content for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment • Suggest content angles, hooks, and creative approaches • Manage assignments, content assets, statuses, due dates, and deliverables in ClickUp • Provide occasional basic email marketing support using Omnisend • Assist occasionally with workshops, webinars, participant resources, moderation, and follow-up emails • Repurpose content and support general marketing workflow improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written English, including grammar, spelling, clarity, and attention to detail • Experience creating or supporting social media content for a business, brand, or professional service provider • Basic to intermediate Canva skills • Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram content formats and publishing practices • Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt writing to a specific audience and tone • Good organizational and time-management skills • Ability to manage recurring assignments, deadlines, and multiple content assets • Willingness to learn new tools and follow the client's existing processes • Basic familiarity with project management software such as ClickUp, or ability to learn it quickly • Ability to work independently and request clarification or feedback when needed • Ability to meet deadlines according to the client's Eastern Time zone • Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
