📋 Description

• Manage and execute content publishing across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram • Schedule and publish social media content, images, AI-generated graphics, podcast promotions, and short-form video clips • Repurpose podcast content into multiple social posts and follow the publishing calendar • Monitor scheduled posts to ensure successful publishing • Coordinate podcast guest communication, interview questions, required materials, recording schedules, publishing checklists, and external production partners • Ensure promotional assets are published after podcast episode releases • Distribute completed content through blog publishing, social sharing, newsletters, repurposing, cross-posting, and asset organization • Build, format, publish, duplicate, and schedule newsletters in GoHighLevel • Update content, manage client assets, and potentially perform basic website edits, landing page edits, and funnel maintenance • Manage recurring workflows, organize content, follow documented processes, keep projects moving, meet deadlines, and provide regular progress updates • Use ChatGPT and the client's AI prompts and documentation while maintaining the client's writing style and tone • Eventually assist with AI-assisted content drafting, workflow automation, and expanded executive assistant responsibilities • Video editing, podcast production, and uploading podcast episodes are handled by others and are not required

🎯 Requirements

• Part-time availability of 10–15 hours per week; work exceeding 15 hours requires prior approval • Must have some overlapping working hours with the client's U.S. schedule for communication and meetings • Strong LinkedIn skills or experience • Experience with Facebook and Instagram • Social scheduling, content publishing, and content repurposing skills • Comfort navigating GoHighLevel for marketing execution tasks • Efficient use of ChatGPT • Basic Canva knowledge preferred • Excellent organization, process management, calendar/task coordination, detail orientation, deadline management, and follow-up skills • Comfortable learning new software and navigating SaaS platforms • Excellent written and spoken English communication • Proactive, reliable, collaborative, accountable, and comfortable asking questions and making recommendations • Experience supporting consultants, coaches, thought leaders, executive brands, podcast hosts, AI businesses, or B2B service companies highly preferred • Google Workspace familiarity preferred
