• Help market specific locations as attractive holiday destinations through a world-class marketing program and multiple platforms • Inform, engage, and inspire potential visitors through email, community forums, and social media • Perform social media engagement moderation • Provide weekend coverage • Research and source relevant answers to user questions in a timely manner • Communicate tone creatively on social media • Handle sensitive situations with care • Engage proactively across social media channels

🎯 Requirements

• Social Media Engagement background • Passion for travel • Fluency in English • Excellent writing skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation) in English and French • Geographical knowledge of Ireland and places of interest on the island is a bonus • Travel experience • Ability to communicate tone creatively on social media • Empathetic approach to handling sensitive situations • Experience with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram • Experience with proactive engagement across social media channels • Experience with social media tools such as Conversocial is a bonus • Professional community and forum experience • Ability to research and source relevant answers in a timely manner • Dedicated laptop or desktop • Minimum of 8 GB RAM • Reliable internet connection • Willingness to install ModSquad security software • Willingness to enable two-factor authentication on the device and mobile phone • Primarily seeking individuals located in the US or Europe • Must reside outside California, Colorado, New York, and Washington for this advertisement
