📋 Description

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity across complex healthcare and pharmacy data environments • Perform data validation, reconciliation, profiling, and root-cause analysis • Work with data models, ETL/ELT, data integration, and data governance • Analyze large and complex datasets • Manage stakeholders in support of data quality and reconciliation objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Data Quality, Data Analysis, Data Engineering, Data Governance, or similar • Strong experience with Healthcare, Pharmacy, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Health Insurance data • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large/complex datasets • Proven experience in data validation, reconciliation, profiling, and root-cause analysis • Good understanding of data models, ETL/ELT, data integration, and data governance • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills • Fluent English • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, Power BI/Tableau, Python, dbt, Informatica or similar tools is desirable • Knowledge of healthcare/pharmacy data standards such as NDC, RxNorm, ATC, ICD, HL7 or FHIR is an advantage
