📋 Description

• Originate new product concepts from scratch • Design complete user journeys translating complex biometric data into clear, motivating daily guidance • Ensure product flows support behaviour change and define the purpose of features • Maintain experience quality across the full app • Plan and run user research, including interviews, usability tests, diary studies, and in-app feedback loops • Turn qualitative and quantitative signals into actionable design decisions • Build and maintain an understanding of users, motivations, and drop-off points • Produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma • Design for mobile constraints including clarity, performance, and one-handed use • Maintain consistency across components, patterns, and interaction models • Collaborate with product and engineering to ship designs • Define and track success metrics • Test assumptions before and after launch • Identify and fix issues independently, with or without a brief

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 7 years of experience as a product or UX designer • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership • Ability to originate product concepts, not only refine existing ones • Deep mobile app design experience, including iOS patterns and small-screen constraints • Strong user research skills: study design, execution, synthesis, and application • Expert-level Figma skills and an efficient design process • Fast prototyping and concept validation skills • Ability to design for behaviour change and habit formation • Strong written English • Independent ownership and well-reasoned decision-making • Based geographically in EU/UK timezone • Strong advantages: experience in health, wellness, or longevity products; data products and visualisations; B2C products; fluency in German
