📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles • Source and engage candidates through multiple channels • Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes • Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring progress • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions • Ensure positive candidate experience and timely communication • Participate in regional/global TA projects and cross-border hiring initiatives • Support recruitment process improvements and TA initiatives • Work closely with an international talent acquisition team across the Americas, Europe, and Asia

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field • 3–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience • Experience hiring for semiconductors/Electronic component manufacturing industry is a plus • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media • Experience with ATS systems; experience with Workday is a plus • Strong execution and organizational skills • Proactive sourcing mindset • Stakeholder communication and coordination • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work from the United States, with preferred states NE, SD, AZ, TX, VT, AP
