📋 Description

• Liaise closely with key customer sites to develop clinical protocols • Attend exhibitions and provide product demonstrations, assisting sales at customer sites • Provide clinical applications training to customers onsite and remotely • Create and implement support training information, including workflows, user guides, and e-learning courses • Provide phone support to customers and colleagues on the clinical operation of Vision RT systems • Coordinate or lead customer and employee training classes • Conduct group presentations at seminars, training programs, and trade shows • Liaise with R&D to provide product feedback and recommendations for improvement • Provide testing and feedback analysis to development staff • Assist in generating customer information bulletins and track their delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred) • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a clinical radiotherapy environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products • Excellent communication skills • Excellent customer service skills • Experience working in a fast-paced commercial or clinical environment • Valid driver's license • Valid passport, as 90–100% of the role involves domestic and international travel • AlignRT/OSMS experience
