📋 Description

• Create and own a 2–3 year product roadmap aligned with product vision and strategy • Own the product roadmap and prioritize requests and ideas based on business value and impact • Build consensus among product managers on cross-functional capabilities • Collaborate with global product and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept through delivery • Define, measure, and publish product metrics to understand product performance • Operate at the intersection of Engineering, Program Management, Design, and Physical Operations • Deliver solutions for real-world manufacturing and standardized shopfloor operations

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, in a business or technical field • Exceptional collaboration, partnership, presentation, and influencing skills • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Solid examples of using data to solve problems and influence future investments • Solid understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate complex technical constraints into clear business value for executive stakeholders and plant partners • Existing work authorization or H-1B status not subject to the $100,000 filing fee may be considered; new H-1B petitions subject to the fee are not currently sponsored
