📋 Description

• Build strong relationships with merchants and Cimpress Technology domains • Understand the underlying reasons behind merchant requests and anticipate future merchant and engineering needs • Own complex products impacting multiple teams and Cimpress Technology domains • Use data to make product decisions, define success metrics, and track performance • Shape architecture and system design alongside engineers • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies and propose order management capabilities • Create the vision and roadmap for Order Management • Gather input from businesses, engineers, operations, and leadership to navigate complexity and uncertainty • Own the Order Management solution end-to-end and make major product decisions • Collaborate across Quote, Cart, Checkout, and Fulfillment product teams • Mentor 1–2 direct reports and support junior product managers’ growth • Build alignment across stakeholders and maintain inclusive, respectful practices

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management • 3+ years at a senior or principal level • Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder products • Deep expertise in e-commerce, order management, or similar mission-critical systems • Experience treating internal engineering teams as customers, including platform products, infrastructure, or internal tools • Ability to work with data to make decisions and define success metrics • Understanding of APIs, events, micro-services, and platform architecture • Experience shaping architecture and system design with engineers • Ability to mentor direct reports and junior product managers • Existing work authorization or H-1B status not subject to the stated filing fee may be considered; new H-1B petitions subject to the fee are not currently sponsored
