📋 Description

• Configure and deliver ERP solutions using standard SAP best practices • Collaborate with clients during the Explore phase to analyze processes, identify gaps, and recommend fit-to-standard solutions • Configure SAP S/4HANA Cloud through SAP Central Business Configuration and in-app settings • Conduct unit, functional, integration, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing • Convert business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams • Maintain configuration workbooks, process flows, decision logs, and design documentation • Develop training materials and lead user training and knowledge transfer • Participate in cutover planning, data loading, validation, go-live support, and hypercare • Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Technical Consultants • Communicate project progress and risks and adapt solutions to changing business needs • Support quarterly release management by assessing and enabling relevant S/4HANA Cloud features • Monitor system usage, resolve defects, and maintain solution stability after go-live

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of ERP implementation experience, with strong emphasis on SAP platforms • Minimum 1–2+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public Edition) experience • Experience with quarterly release management and fit-to-standard delivery practices • Background in a consulting or systems integrator environment • Fast-paced delivery and client-facing experience • Experience leading or significantly contributing to 2+ full lifecycle ERP projects • Practical experience in manufacturing, distribution, or professional services sectors • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition configuration across multiple business processes • Familiarity with SAP Best Practices and SAP Central Business Configuration tools • Proficiency in SAP Activate phases: Explore, Realize, and Deploy • Ability to produce high-quality solution designs, blueprints, and technical specifications • U.S. citizenship required • Relevant SAP certifications preferred • Experience with Agile practices and SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager preferred • Experience with global or multi-country rollouts is a strong plus
