📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for assigned positions • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking • Screen candidates to assess technical qualifications, experience, and overall fit • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide regular pipeline updates • Maintain accurate candidate records within ADP Recruiting • Prepare candidate summaries and interview feedback for hiring teams • Extend verbal offers and support candidates through the hiring process • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding • Assist with additional recruiting projects as business needs require • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple openings • Keep recruiting activities organized and up to date within the ATS • Communicate proactively throughout the hiring process • Help fill positions efficiently while maintaining a high quality bar

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Experience recruiting for corporate, technical, or SaaS organizations preferred • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems; ADP experience is a plus • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Preferred experience recruiting for B2B SaaS, ERP, software, customer success, implementation, professional services, or engineering roles • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers
