📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and update records within multiple database systems • Monitor emails and in-house communication channels to address requests and requirements from internal and external sources • Provide support to fellow Specialists to ensure clients’ accounts remain valid and up to date • Assist with account maintenance and other special projects as assigned • Provide support in managing client accounts • Perform contract review, account maintenance, product functionality, and quality assurance • Apply knowledge of state and business rules and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years of Experience • High School Diploma or Equivalent • Experience in an administrative capacity • Demonstrated adeptness in acquiring and utilizing new software applications • General planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
