• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business, Finance, or related business, operations or healthcare field and 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, business analysis, operations analysis OR equivalent combination of education and experience showing demonstrated ability to meet expectations and ensure success of the role required • 2 years of management or progressive responsibilities with supervisory duties required • Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business, Finance, or related business, operations or healthcare field and 8 years of experience in healthcare operations, business analysis, operations analysis preferred • 3 years of management or progressive responsibilities with supervisory duties preferred • Analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize multiple sources of information, objectively evaluate complex operations, and communicate effectively at many levels • Moderate expertise in healthcare operations with basic to moderate understanding and usage of lean six sigma principles and methodologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Analytical skills in financial statements and statistical reports • Ability to establish credibility quickly with Vituity and hospital clients • Project management, negotiation, and facilitation skills • Ability to motivate and develop the potential of others • Ability to work collaboratively as a team member in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of the physician’s clinical, management and leadership roles in the healthcare environment • Knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Word) • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Public speaking skills with an ability to present to all types of audiences • Demonstrated ability to handle detailed work accurately and quickly, work to deadlines on multiple projects, work as a team member in a collaborative and participatory manner, and interact in person and over the phone with a courteous and professional demeanor
