📋 Description

• Create a memorable onboarding experience for new patients enrolling in Vivo Care’s Home Monitoring Programs • Educate patients about Vivo Care programs and the importance of remote patient monitoring and chronic care management • Explain how the programs can positively impact patients’ quality of life • Teach patients how to use medical devices including blood pressure machines, pulse oximeters, and weight scales • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to enroll patients • Guide patients through setup of new medical devices over the phone • Investigate equipment problems, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions • Provide an exceptional patient experience • Work with the Enrollment Manager to achieve company objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Phone or Call Center experience required • Enrollment/Medical Sales experience preferred • Medical Assistant required • Technical aptitude to pass the typing and computer literacy test • Comfortable communicating with patients over the phone and overcoming objections • Good problem-solving skills • Patience and exceptional listening skills • Strong attention to detail • Dedication to finding a resolution • Confidence in multitasking • Own equipment meeting the specified internet, computer/laptop, headset, and monitor standards • Bilingual preferred (Spanish) • Hard-wired Ethernet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Personal computer/laptop with Intel i5 10th Gen or newer, AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent processor, and 8 GB RAM (16 GB preferred) • Noise-canceling headset with microphone • Secondary monitor
