📋 Description

• Partner with clients to design and implement pharmacy initiatives that enhance patient care, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable cost savings • Conduct assessments of pharmacy and medication-management programs across health systems, infusion centers, ambulatory settings, and affiliated clinics • Provide evidence-based recommendations grounded in regulatory standards, data analysis, and leading practices • Incorporate industry leading practices and benchmark comparisons to develop strategic operating plans • Develop detailed project work plans and provide hands-on implementation support • Support consulting practice activities through the development, launch, and implementation of new or enhanced services, products, and solutions • Engage hospital executives, clinicians, and pharmacy leaders to identify and implement opportunities driving financial improvement, operational excellence, and better patient outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Pharmacy degree (e.g. PharmD, BSPharm) required • 5 or more years of relevant experience required • Pharmacy license required • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills • Effective leadership, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables • Experience in healthcare system pharmacy strongly preferred • Completion of an ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency preferred • Experience in delivering consulting services in healthcare or pharmacy settings preferred • Experience managing, optimizing, or supporting 340B programs preferred • Proven leadership strength with effective presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
