• Lead execution of client workplans and independently manage complex programs • Build strategic, trust-based relationships with client leaders and align Vizient solutions with client priorities • Analyze complex data and translate analytics into strategic recommendations • Communicate findings through analytical storytelling to support informed decision-making • Oversee contract performance across multiple categories to optimize utilization and value realization • Lead strategic initiatives and facilitate executive-level discussions • Provide strategic guidance and consultation across multiple functions as a trusted client advisor • Operate autonomously, mentor peers, and support team standardization and continuous improvement • Apply advanced problem-solving and critical thinking to complex issues and implement innovative solutions
• Relevant degree preferred • 5 or more years of relevant experience required • Experience in account management, category management, or healthcare supply chain • Proven ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights effectively to senior executives • Deep understanding of contract lifecycle management and performance optimization • Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and influencing skills with executive-level presence • Experience leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with Salesforce and analytics platforms preferred • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and mentor team members • Willingness to travel
