• Lead defined workstreams within healthcare supply chain transformation programs • Support development of program strategies and detailed implementation plans • Execute initiatives in partnership with client functional and operational leaders • Track progress against milestones and maintain alignment with program objectives • Identify risks, barriers, and opportunities and develop actionable recommendations • Provide day-to-day problem-solving, guidance, and decision support to client teams • Develop and deliver status updates, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting materials • Apply subject matter expertise across healthcare supply chain domains with depth in assigned functional areas • Support development and refinement of methodologies, tools, and implementation frameworks • Contribute to knowledge management, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Relevant degree preferred • 5 or more years of relevant experience required • Experience supporting healthcare supply chain transformation, operational improvement, or consulting engagements • Strong knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations, processes, and performance improvement methodologies • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in fast-paced client environments • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities • Experience developing executive-ready reporting materials and stakeholder communications • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional client and internal teams • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
