📋 Description

• Troubleshoot and resolve PLC, drive and robotics issues on-site • Commission, integrate, and modify PLCs (SIEMENS, Allen Bradley) and robotic systems • Perform diagnostics and optimize system performance • Maintain robotic systems for smooth operations at customer locations • Collaborate with teams in the US and Germany for system reliability • Provide on-site and remote technical support and address customer inquiries • Train and assist customers in system functionality and troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering preferred • One year of experience in a similar position is a plus • Experience with PLCs (SIEMENS, Allen Bradley) and drives • Strong troubleshooting skills for PLCs • Knowledge of robotic systems (industrial robots e.g. Yaskawa, Fanuc, ABB) is a plus • Basic LabView knowledge for troubleshooting is a plus • Proficiency in Windows (Network, Office, etc.) • Excellent communication skills for customer interaction • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Advanced English (technical proficiency) • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
