📋 Description
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers • Assist customers with questions • Resolve customer issues and concerns • Provide professional, personalized customer support • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities • Connect with customers around the country while working from home
🎯 Requirements
• Windows 11 only; no Chromebooks or Apple devices • Computer with 8 GB–16 GB RAM preferred • Hardwired internet connection • Reliable internet connection • Quiet, noise-free work area • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish • Exceptional communication skills • Strong organization and multitasking abilities • Customer service experience is a plus but not required
