📋 Description

• Provide senior program management leadership for end-to-end, on-time delivery of Invenco by GVR programs, solutions, or portfolio programs • Support programs from design and requirements identification through engineering development, verification, integration, and production deployment • Support engineering teams and release trains across cross-functional product groups and geographies • Coach and mentor less-experienced colleagues • Provide hands-on Agile program management for complex programs with budget responsibilities • Prepare communication plans, program status reports, presentations, and customer communications • Apply internal development processes based on SAFe and VBS standards • Lead or support PI Planning, identifying dependencies and planning team commitments • Identify and address program risks and technical pitfalls • Manage program personnel and communicate with key stakeholders • Serve as the primary contact for program-related issues • Oversee the full program lifecycle across development, field trials, and production releases • Interact with Product Management, Product Owners, executive leadership, stakeholders, and external customers • Manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery of commitments, deliverables, and milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent experience managing technical Programs • Experience in product development or business analysis with extensive cross-functional exposure preferred • Fluent in English • Distributed and multicultural team management experience • Ability to lead a portfolio of related programs or projects, or large programs with high levels of resource requirements, risk, and complexity
