📋 Description

• Execute and prioritize high-volume scheduling for interviews, on-site visits, and panel coordination across time zones • Resolve scheduling conflicts and proactively communicate updates for a seamless candidate and interviewer experience • Partner with HR, hiring teams, and recruiters to prepare offer letters and share process best practices • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and update HR systems according to established SLAs • Initiate and track background checks and drug screens to completion • Support new-hire onboarding as needed • Triage sensitive issues, escalate when warranted, and engage appropriate partners • Coordinate recruiting events, career fairs, and information sessions • Build and maintain change-management content, training materials, self-service guides, process documentation, and SOPs • Coordinate with IT, HR, and MarCom to keep Talent program messaging consistent and timely • Publish updates via Teams and Slack and train Talent and Performance members to Voyager brand standards • Own project workstreams end-to-end, including Talent policy updates • Provide surge capacity across Talent programs during peak demand, leave coverage, or transitions • Support acquisition integration and entity onboarding through communications, ATS training, internal customer care, and requisition creation and approval

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience • 10+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator, including complex projects, scheduling, and calendars • Experience creating employee-facing communications, training content, or process documentation in a professional setting • Strong written communication skills with a clear, accessible style • Experience supporting project or program management activities, tracking action items, maintaining documentation, and coordinating multiple stakeholders • Proficiency with multiple HRIS and ATS systems • Ability to communicate accurately in writing and verbally across business units • Strong organizational skills and ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and deadlines • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities • Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders at varying seniority levels • Must be a U.S. Person: U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3) • Must be eligible to obtain required export authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or Department of Commerce • Preferred: experience supporting enterprise transformation, strategic planning, or large-scale change management programs • Preferred: experience with Greenhouse and Workday
