📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and support an on-premises OpenShift Virtualization environment • Configure OpenShift core infrastructure, including DNS, NTP, networking, and storage • Provision bare-metal infrastructure • Manage virtual machine and container workloads throughout their lifecycle • Design networking architecture and integrate storage • Configure authentication and RBAC, including Okta integration • Manage OpenShift Operators • Implement observability through logging, metrics, and alerting • Perform OpenShift lifecycle management, including updates and upgrades • Provide ongoing operational and lifecycle support for the deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 7–9 years of professional experience • Deep expertise in OpenShift Virtualization • Experience supporting bare-metal, on-premises OpenShift Virtualization deployments • Knowledge of OpenShift core infrastructure, including DNS, NTP, networking, and storage • Experience with bare-metal installation, Redfish, and Virtual Media • Experience with Hybrid Cloud Console, Agent-based Installer, and Assisted Installer • OpenShift Virtualization and Migration Toolkit for Virtualization (MTV) expertise • Virtual machine and container workload lifecycle management • Comprehensive understanding of OpenShift networking and port configurations • Experience with OVS bridges, Linux bridges, VLAN management, storage networking, and iSCSI • Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Virtualization Platform Operations certification • GitOps and Helm knowledge • Authentication and RBAC expertise, including Okta integration and OpenShift RBAC • OpenShift Operator management • Observability using logging, metrics, and alerting • OpenShift lifecycle management, including updates and upgrades • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Must be willing to work remotely • U.S. citizenship required
