📋 Description

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives • Coach team members on Agile practices and principles to improve team effectiveness and maturity • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clarity and prioritization of the product backlog • Identify, track, and help remove team impediments and organizational blockers • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement • Track and communicate Agile metrics such as velocity, team capacity, and sprint burndown • Support cross-team coordination and manage dependencies with other teams and stakeholders • Promote and tailor Agile best practices to team and project goals • Provide guidance on Agile process questions • Adhere to normal working hours, meet deadlines, follow company policies, communicate with supervisors, attend company meetings, and complete assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship Required • Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, technology, or related field of studies • 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master • SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles • Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through sprints • Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or VersionOne • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills • Demonstrated experience in helping teams identify and resolve impediments • If applicable, a post-employment ethics letter is required for recent U.S. government employees if employment is offered • Preferred: experience in government or large-scale enterprise environments • Preferred: familiarity with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks • Preferred: knowledge of DevOps practices and their integration into Agile workflows • Preferred: strong organizational and multitasking skills focused on measurable results • Preferred: experience managing risks and dependencies in a multi-team environment • Preferred: ability to mentor and support Agile team development and growth
