📋 Description

• Perform financial analysis involving company expenses, income, and other business results based on past, present, and future operations • Create routine financial reporting for distribution to all levels of management • Research, analyze, and report fluctuations in financial and business results to identify trends and research variances • Research, analyze, and report fluctuations between actual financial results and budgeted amounts to advise management on potential cost impacts • Assist in preparing company budgets and financial forecasts for business plans • Ensure expenses are charged to the general ledger for the correct division and enforce related company policies • Perform reconciliations and consolidations • Prepare reports outlining the company's financial position regarding income, expenses, and earnings • Partner with Financial Analysts to analyze and interpret financial reports and statistics for management • Support department special projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; in lieu of degree 4 years functional experience • Ability to conduct various types of analysis, including cost-benefit and alternative analysis • Proficient in spreadsheet applications and mainframe accounting systems • Thorough understanding of business processes, interdependencies and system interfaces • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment • Ability to effectively communicate information to a wide variety of technical and non-technical individuals or groups at all levels of the organization • Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in the performance of job duties • For remote roles, must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings • Must comply with Information Security and Privacy Policies when accessing sensitive personal information
