📋 Description

• Provide Accounts Receivable and Collections services to customers across all supported lines of business • Act as an expert advisor on Accounts Receivable, Collections, client servicing, and financial operations • Serve as primary contact for internal and external billing and collection inquiries • Perform billing, cash application, reconciliation, customer research, and exception activities • Create, review, and recommend documents required for customer billing • Resolve billing disputes and payment issues using data analysis • Resolve outstanding aging account balances • Execute collection activities to maximize cash flow and ensure compliance with policies and controls • Recommend billing adjustments, write-offs, and customer refunds for management approval • Prepare billing and reconciliation reports • Identify at-risk customers and coordinate with Sales, Management, customers, and other business partners • Analyze customer requirements and recommend membership, structure, and billing solutions • Track trends indicating system or process issues and escalate them appropriately • Maintain confidential data integrity and comply with security and privacy policies • Help onboard and mentor new teammates and flex to support business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Two to four years of Account Service or Banking/Accounts Receivable experience or equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to build effective relationships and resolve a variety of issues • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred • One year of experience working in an ERP-based Accounts Receivable environment preferred • Active Accounts Receivable Specialist Certification preferred • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles • Familiarity with SAP preferred • Strong problem-solving, documentation, research and resolution, data analysis, and multi-tasking skills • Critical thinking and analytical, solution-oriented approach • Ability to perform detailed work with numerical data, analyze data, oversee assigned tasks and projects, make informed decisions, and meet tight deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Office applications and using data to provide clear, complete reports • Availability to work within the full range of division hours of operation • Clean credit history as reported by credit report • For remote roles, high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings • Ability to comply with information security, privacy, company policies, internal controls, and procedures
