📋 Description

• Perform complex financial analysis involving company expenses, income, and other business results based on past, present, and future operations • Research and analyze corporate-level business and financial information; make recommendations regarding strategic direction • Analyze and report fluctuations in financial and business results to identify trends and variances • Analyze actual financial results against budgeted amounts and advise management on potential cost impacts • Assist with company budgets and financial forecasts for business plans • Monitor department expenses and identify trends to support cost control • Recommend changes to streamline accounting systems and processes • Prepare reports on company income, expenses, earnings, and financial position • Analyze and interpret financial reports and statistics for management decision-making • Assist with reviewing and evaluating performance evaluations to provide coaching and feedback • Apply developments in financial planning and control to improve financial systems and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business or related field or equivalent experience • Six years of related financial analysis experience • Ability to conduct cost-benefit and alternative analysis • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in spreadsheet applications and mainframe accounting systems • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and work under strict deadlines • Strong business aptitude, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of financial and operational planning processes and best practices • Strong work ethic and flexible work style • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment • Ability to navigate complex situations with multiple stakeholders • Decision-making ability with balanced consideration of business issues • Clean credit history as reported by a credit report • Health Insurance, Third Party Administrator (TPA), and/or Ophthalmology experience preferred but not required • For remote roles, high engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings • Must comply with Information Security and Privacy Policies when accessing sensitive personal information • Must pass pre-employment substance abuse testing
