📋 Description

• Manage areas of responsibility with minimal direction, setting direction for operations and change-the-business across technical functional areas or lines of business • Provide management and direction to the team • Communicate high-level technical impediments, technology crises, updates, and progress against timelines or SLAs • Partner with key stakeholders for planning and execution • Meet deliverables’ target dates or expected timeframes • Plan technology functions supporting GTS and company direction • Oversee technical infrastructure, architecture, application systems, and related business processes • Direct daily, quarterly, and annual planning for the group • Identify opportunities to enhance and deliver technology • Drive functional change through incremental and step changes • Identify and solve reactive and proactive issues beyond the team • Help determine and develop technology best practices • Identify and mitigate operational and strategic risks • Stay current on new technologies and methods for cost-effective solutions • Coordinate training to ensure departmental staff have appropriate skills and information

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • Minimum of 1 additional year of experience related to functional area • Minimum of 3 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing performance of direct reports • In-depth knowledge for primary technology area • Strong demonstrated people skills and technical visionary skills • Prefer experience managing multiple technology functions • For remote roles, demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings • Must comply with Information Security and Privacy Policies when accessing sensitive personal information • Must pass pre-employment substance abuse testing
