📋 Description

• Lead a team of resident consultants and drive the professional services business for all CrowdStrike Falcon product modules • Build and grow a team that operationalizes and supports Falcon, Identity, Cloud, Next-Gen SIEM, and LogScale products • Collaborate with professional services leadership to build and enhance the organization, expand programs, increase efficiencies, and create customer-focused services • Drive cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes and maximize customer value • Manage and mentor team members to expand skill sets and maximize performance • Lead internal initiatives involving delivery techniques, automation, security posture improvements, time-to-value optimization, AI, and other technologies • Track new CrowdStrike technologies and develop innovative service offerings • Supervise a portfolio of customer projects from project leadership and tactical perspectives • Interface with customers on pre-sales, solution presentations, deal structuring, project creation, and all phases of delivery • Partner with global sales and marketing teams on services communications, presentations, solution matching, and closing opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working in the security industry in a professional services or similar capacity • Strong understanding of employee management concepts with the demonstrated ability to lead teams • Experience working with pre-sales teams on technical scoping and requirements gathering, and with post-sales handoffs • Experience managing technical deployments, tracking time, and running projects from kickoff to closure • Experience developing documentation and transferring knowledge of deployments to customers and internal stakeholders • Experience translating knowledge of customer requirements and experiences into feedback for product and engineering teams • Strong written and oral communication skills in English • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes • Knowledge of security endpoint products and solutions • Knowledge of SIEM skills and best practices related to log analysis, data onboarding, parsers, search queries, dashboards, and alerts • Experience working with log management/SIEM solutions, including Falcon LogScale, Splunk, QRadar, Arcsight, LogRhythm, and Exabeam Data Lake, in a professional services or similar capacity • Knowledge of distributed applications hosted in AWS, GCP, and Azure • Knowledge of identity management solutions • Automation experience building scripts in Bash, Python, or other programming languages • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time • Candidate may be required to periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug tests during employment
