📋 Description

• Own and maintain end-to-end requirements traceability across Strategic Themes, Epics, Capabilities, Features, Stories, ITFRs, and Program/IMS Milestones • Manage traceability within Jira, transitioning to ServiceNow as the program migrates platforms • Establish and maintain traceability standards, required relationships, fields, and data-quality expectations • Coordinate creation, decomposition, alignment, refinement, and maintenance of Epics, Capabilities, and Features • Standardize Epics, Capabilities, and Features, including structure, required information, naming conventions, relationships, and readiness criteria • Maintain bidirectional traceability between Features, Epics/Capabilities, and Stories • Map ITFRs and Program/IMS Milestones to responsible Features • Conduct recurring traceability and data-quality reviews and resolve orphaned, missing, duplicate, or incorrectly linked work items • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics for traceability completeness and data quality • Support Portfolio and ART Backlog Refinement, PI Planning, Portfolio Syncs, and governance activities • Collaborate with LPM, Product Management, RTEs, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and other stakeholders • Provide guidance and training on backlog hierarchy, traceability standards, and Jira/ServiceNow usage • Support Jira-to-ServiceNow migration through data mapping, relationship validation, reconciliation, and verification

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass a background investigation • College degree (B.S.) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Minimum five (3+) years’ experience in technical writing for software development projects • Familiarity with SAFe or Agile methodologies • Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint • Minimum clearance required to start: Secret • Ability to travel locally up to 10%
