📋 Description

• Lead the technical build of the Trustbridge supplier matching application • Grow into a senior technical anchor across the studio over time • Model selection, agent and matching logic, data and inference layer, API surface, production infrastructure • Shape cross-portfolio data and AI infrastructure connecting multiple ventures • Redeploy across multiple problem areas as the portfolio grows

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12 years of professional software engineering experience • Meaningful depth in applied ML, AI systems, or modern data infrastructure • Experience shipping a production system end-to-end • Competency across model and agent design, data modeling and pipelines, backend services, and production infrastructure • Prior experience leading junior engineers • Clear communication skills for technical documentation and non-technical discussions • Comfortable with evolving requirements and ambiguity
