📋 Description

• Gather and document business requirements • Translate requirements into clear user stories and configuration specifications • Configure Salesforce Data Cloud, including data streams, data mappings, identity resolution, and segmentation • Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including audiences, journeys, and content • Partner with developers, architects, and client stakeholders • Support user acceptance testing and defect triage through resolution • Communicate status, risks, and decisions to technical and business audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience as a Business Analyst or functional consultant on Salesforce projects • Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) configuration experience • Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration experience • Ability to document requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
