📋 Description

• Lead discovery and process-mapping sessions with law firm stakeholders and own the resulting documentation • Map current-state and future-state processes, such as intake to retained matter, case lifecycle stages, and referral and settlement workflows • Analyze clients’ existing systems and data as input for design and migration • Write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for admins or developers • Recommend Litify and Salesforce standard functionality first and identify where customization is needed • Author solution design documentation, including data model, automation logic, and security and sharing • Create data mapping documents for migrations • Support builds by answering design questions, reviewing configuration, and clarifying requirements • Write and execute test cases, support UAT, and help clients through go-live • Shadow discovery sessions, then lead them after mastering specific components • Collaborate with consultants, Salesforce admins, developers, QA, and project managers • Translate law-firm processes into Salesforce and Litify configurations without writing code

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in business or systems analysis, or QA, gathering requirements from non-technical business users • Strong facilitation skills, with comfort running a room of attorneys and staff and drawing out how work actually gets done • Clear written and verbal communication, including documentation that engineers and clients can both use • Working knowledge of relational data concepts (objects, fields, relationships) • SOQL or SQL experience is helpful, and SOQL will be taught • Experience writing user stories, test cases, and UAT scripts • Ability to analyze data and present findings with reports and dashboards • Preferred Salesforce experience, including Admin or Business Analyst certification, or a path to one • Litify or other legal case management platform experience (Filevine, Clio, etc.) • Knowledge of legal workflows, especially personal injury, mass tort, or litigation practices • Experience in client services or consulting • Data migration experience
