📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, documentation, and optimization • Develop enterprise process maps and work instructions • Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities • Establish process governance and standards • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external implementation partners, and Product & Engineering teams • Engineer and deliver functionality across Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud • Manage the delivery lifecycle from feature ideation through development, production deployment, and adoption • Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Health Cloud and provide guidance and best practices • Facilitate process workshops with business stakeholders • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and other stakeholder groups • Translate operational needs into scalable business solutions • Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives • Develop KPIs and SLAs to measure process performance • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in a role providing analysis and process improvement • Ability to facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and represent multiple stakeholders' interests • Experience delivering complex Salesforce software systems and solutions, including Flow design, data modeling, security architecture, and other no-code platform capabilities • Strong understanding of healthcare data and API standards, including HL7 and FHIR • Understanding of security and access controls, especially for health data • Experience integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with external systems • Experience migrating existing business processes to Salesforce • Ability to prioritize and understand requirements to address underlying needs • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, and Jenkins • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require current or future employer visa sponsorship • Successful candidates must undergo a background check
