📋 Description

• Develop customized solutions within Salesforce, primarily using OmniStudio and Flex Pages • Design solutions for grants management, case management, and constituent engagement aligned to Federal programs • Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flex Pages, and Lightning Web Components • Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical Salesforce solutions • Implement dynamic layouts, data integration, and process automation in OmniStudio • Develop and customize Velocity templates for personalized content and communications • Test and debug OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions • Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations • Integrate solutions with existing Salesforce environments in collaboration with administrators and team members • Stay current with OmniStudio and Flex Pages features and best practices • Provide training and support to end-users • Optimize implementations to meet evolving business needs • Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog with stakeholders • Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain documentation, and write and maintain test classes • Integrate and maintain business applications with Salesforce • Architect enterprise data integration and governance strategies • Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise analytics platforms • Enable AI-driven capabilities using Salesforce Einstein and GenAI • Support enterprise reporting, search, and performance monitoring initiatives • Serve as technical lead and trusted advisor to federal stakeholders and executives • Translate business, regulatory, and mission requirements into scalable technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with configuration, customization, and programming with Apex APIs and OmniStudio • Strong experience working with Salesforce APIs • Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce • Ability to solve high-level software and application issues • Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle • Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with Salesforce OOB, OmniStudio, Flex Pages, Data Cloud, Einstein/GenAI, Power BI, or Tableau is required by the described responsibilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
