📋 Description

• Lead the design and architecture of complex, well-architected Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds • Ensure adherence to Salesforce Well-Architected Framework principles, including security, performance, scalability, maintainability, and reliability • Develop and maintain Salesforce technology roadmaps, architecture principles, standards, and best practices • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to delivery teams • Ensure solutions follow governance standards, security/compliance requirements, and Salesforce best practices • Collaborate with business leaders, application owners, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and evaluate options • Recommend optimal Salesforce-based solutions • Support investment and prioritization decisions by articulating technical implications, risks, costs, and long-term benefits • Champion adoption of emerging Salesforce capabilities • Own the end-to-end technical vision for Salesforce implementations • Lead architecture governance, solution design, integration strategy, data architecture, and release management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience • Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification required • Salesforce Certified System Architect certification required • 8+ years of progressive experience in the Salesforce ecosystem • At least 4–5 years in a Solution Architect or Technical Architect capacity on complex implementations • Proven success designing and delivering enterprise-grade, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions • Deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, declarative development, Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, middleware), data architecture, and security models • Experience creating and governing technology roadmaps and architectural standards in a Salesforce environment • Strong background in Agile delivery, DevOps practices, CI/CD for Salesforce, and change management • Strong knowledge of data standards, compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), master data management, role-based access, and encryption • Excellent storytelling and visualization skills using UML, process flow diagrams, and sequence diagrams • Skill in translating business requirements into technical roadmaps, assessing risks/costs versus benefits, and leading Architecture Review Boards • Experience guiding teams, mentoring junior developers, and driving innovation through market-trend research • Availability and ability to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and be on call as needed
