📋 Description

• Design and implement automated and manual test cases for software products • Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders to define and prioritize testing efforts • Write clear and concise test plans and test cases • Execute automated and manual tests and report test results • Reproduce and report software defects and work with software engineers to resolve them • Stay current with emerging testing technologies and methodologies • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality • Ensure software products meet customer requirements and are delivered on schedule • Mentor and guide junior test engineers in best practices • Create high-level testing and release strategies • Leverage AI tooling to accelerate development activities, including code generation, testing, and documentation • Maintain compliance with department knowledge requirements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Applicable Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a related position • Master level knowledge of AI-enhanced development tools, such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Code • Expert of two and advanced in one programming language(s), such as JavaScript, Java, or C# • Expert level knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques • Expert level experience with automated testing tools and frameworks • Master level problem-solving skills • Expert level ability to write clear and concise test plans and test cases • Advanced level communication and interpersonal skills • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation • Advanced level ability to work effectively in a team environment • Ability to meet stated physical demands, with reasonable accommodations available • Ability to handle information securely, including PHI/PI, human resource information, financial administrative accounts, and corporate application access • Must comply with department knowledge requirements
