• Design and deliver specialist and communication training • Conduct onboarding training and advanced training for experienced employees • Create engaging training materials and innovative blended-learning content • Identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted measures • Collaborate with project management, knowledge management, and team leads • Continuously improve service quality
