📋 Description

• Own, manage and execute strategic initiatives within the North American Educational Services organization • Execute educational delivery within the Academy team • Provide a consistently branded and streamlined educational offering for North American regional teams • Deliver educational offerings for strategic partners and end customer accounts • Deliver engaging training through instructor-led classes and virtual sessions • Maintain an estimated 80–90% platform utilization • Support upfront content analysis for private training requests • Conduct needs assessments to identify customer training gaps and skill-development opportunities • Provide content reviews and classroom equipment support • Support prescheduled and on-demand training delivery across multiple business areas • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, and recommend continuous improvements • Support new Trainer onboarding and general Trainer Readiness execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / BS/BA Degree • 5+ years of relevant experience • Preferred knowledge of Axis and/or related products • Analytical, inquiring and critical thought process • Ability to develop new ideas, systems and technology, and analyze and improve existing ones • Drive, determination and self-discipline to achieve results • Customer service orientation and strong relationship management abilities • Capable public speaker • Fluency in Microsoft Office Applications • Organized, highly detail-oriented, able to multitask and prioritize workload • Excellent time management • Strong communication abilities at all organizational levels • Creative problem solving and confident decision making • Proactive, focused, independent drive • Ability to lift 20–30 lbs. • 30–50% travel required
